Super thin walls;poorly built

What lease manage meant wont tell you:The walls are so thin between apartments that i hear his work alarm go off and bell ring. The walls are so thin, I hear him snore, cough, know what he is watching on tv, days off because i can hear his phone conversations and sex life. I even hear him open and close his closet door. The rent is low income but they go up on original rent about $20 every year while a group of junkies and drug dealers take up two half coners of the block. Besides being awaken... at 2am by my neighbors tv stereo or snoring, they have a tiny gym and laundry room. I lost weight using the treadmill. The washers often break due to residents over loading them. Also the windows only open 4 inches and i have a winter draft so bad that it ripped my window draft plastic. Also even though they only have studios and one bedrooms, each apartment structure is different. One 1bd apt has a hallway. One apt has a dining area. My current 1bdroom is a studio with a wall seperating the kitchen and bedroom.
