Management is difficult to contact. Calls either don't get answered or won't go through, unless there's a problem with rent. When the rent checks get lost in transition then there is someone quick to return a call or even check in. I've even sent an email with no response going on a month. Washers are constantly broken. 195 units basically share 1, maybe 2, washer and dryer. The mail for our unit gets returned since move in. Rent payment has been sent via bank check, to the address provided, but... they don't find it until months later.

The building is located in a decent area and has easy access to street and bus stop. Senior living for affordable cost has been an amazing blessing for someone who wants to be as independent as possible in the golden years. The maintenance staff have been super friendly and caring.
