Unprofessional

I was scheduled for an apartment tour and no one was there at the scheduled time I never got to see the apartment.

Horrible Property and Landlord

Super poor property. The landlady treats you as if you are her child and not a tenant paying rent. If someone is smoking in the building she will walk to each neighbors door knocking and sticking her head in the apartment trying to see where the smell was coming from. SHE COMES INTO YOUR APARTMENT UNANNOUNCED. Also have the nerve to overcharge for a studio the size of a box with an extra $75 parking fee. Poor management skills and rude landlord. They ave spiders the size of quarters at all the… gates so coming home is a nightmare if you have a fear of spiders. The landlord and cleaning staff just walks past like they don't see anything. Only good thing about this property is the beach in the backyard other than that save yourself the trouble. I guarantee you will move out when your 1 year lease is up.
