the leasing agents are great. the place is not
it has mo a.c ad you have to purchase a unit, it has messed up plumbing, you can only use comcast, there is no laundry, theres no dish washer, no microwave, the stove is older electric that barely works & SO many broke tiles, messed up floors, water damage walls. we will not be here more than a year

If he hasn't already, your Property Manager will be reaching out to you to address your concerns. We apologize for any confusion regarding... appliances and amenities you were expecting, as we don't advertise microwaves, dishwashers, or A/C included. There is however, an on-site laundry room and we'll be more than happy to schedule a service call to take a look at your stove and any tiles, flooring, or walls that may need attention.
