If you are looking at places to live in Chicago, you should seriously consider Parkview Apartments. The staff are what makes this place special--Lauren, Howard, and the Maintenance crew (just a few that I have met so far)--go above and beyond for the tenants here, and truly care for them and their experience. In my short time of being here (a little under a month), the building has gone through improvements-whether it is adding fire pits to the rooftop area, or renovating the gym in the... basement-it is apparent that the management of this place cares about the facilities and pursues improvement. However, I believe that the greatest example of the amount of care that the management has for the property and its tenants happened this past Air and Water show, where the property hosts a gathering on the rooftop for the tenants to view the planes fly overhead. While it was a well organized event, the thing that took me aback was to see the entire management group--property manager, leasing agents, doormen, and maintenance staff--come together with their families and interact with the tenants. At that moment, I knew that there was something special about this place--where you are not treated like a customer or a tenant-- but you are treated as a friend.

Love it!
I moved here 3 months ago and absolutely love it! Lauren and all the other front desk people are super friendly and have no problems answering any questions I’ve had so far. My apartment itself is well remodeled and the building is in a perfect location. If you’re considering moving to Chicago I would highly recommend considering this place!

Great place to live
This is a great building. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It's close to tons of public transportation options and restaurants and is right across the street from the park. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Great people :)
The building and its location are great and all, but the people providing the service are the best! No matter what problem you face, you know that there is someone to help you out. Since I first applied to move-in, I've been in contact with one representative who helped me with everything. Plus, management provides a printer for use by residents - which is great for college students :)
