I recently had the pleasure of living at Sheridan Gunnison Apartments, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding management team. Virginia and Maria, in particular, deserve special recognition for their exemplary service.
From the moment I moved in, Virginia was incredibly welcoming and made sure that the transition was as smooth as possible. They were always available to assist with any concerns, no matter how small. Whether it was helping with… maintenance requests or providing information about the local area, their dedication to resident satisfaction was evident.
Their attention to detail and genuine care for the residents create a warm and friendly community atmosphere. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to ensure that Sheridan Gunnison Apartments remains a top choice for anyone looking for a place to call home.
I highly recommend Sheridan Gunnison Apartments, not only for its great facilities and convenient location but also for the exceptional management team led by Virginia and Maria. Their commitment to excellence truly sets this place apart.

Excellent!

We lived there for about 6 years and recently moved out due to job relocation. Had a great time. Management team is amazing. If you have issues, send out email to manager or call, if it is major, resolve within few hours. Never lost a package. Utilities are included in rental fee except electricity. If you are budget oriented, this is the place you need to look for first. Parking fee is very reasonable. Location is great. Lawrence statin is 7 mins distance by walking. If I have to come back to… the Chicago, I will definitely rent here again.

perfect experience

When we first moved into Sheridan-Gunnison apartment, we were not sure if we made the right choice because there's few review online about it, but after living here for one year, we are so glad we moved in.
The staff here is fantastic. Virginia the manager is always friendly and willing to help. Andrew is like a family to us and always makes sure we get our packages. The maintenance team is quick to response. Altogether we were very happy to live here.
The apartment itself is great. We have a… wonderful view of the lake without any blockage. The apartment is clean and spacy, refrigerator and microvan is newly installed.
