Quiet, beautiful & responsive

I’ve lived here for 3 years moving soon and I’ve just got to say I’ve loved every minute of living here. The property is beautiful, well maintained, management is responsive, professional and goes above and beyond to set a warm and welcoming culture for the community. Like setting a community garden, hosting theme celebrations and pool parties, and rewarding their tenants. I’ve always been able to come home, relax and unwind. Never had major issues with noise. Residents are friendly but… generally go about their business. Laundry is conveniently located at the end of the hallway in each building so not having it in unit is really not an issue. If there’s a downside to the property I would say it’s the lack of central AC... and maybe the lack of a package access location like an Amazon locker so that you can get your packages outside of business hours. Overall it has been an excellent community and would highly recommend!

Courtyards village west

I moved into courtyards village west 8 years ago and have enjoyed living here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the maintenance staff responds quickly to each matter at hand, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place that has good value and affordable, I truely recommend you check out these apartments at courtyards village west in North Aurora IL.

Courtyards Village West

This apartment complex is everything my husband and I wanted. We were greeted by a very helpful and
friendly staff. Besides the great location, the grounds are nestled away from the main road and are nicely
maintained. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

apartment management

i have lived in this apartment for 1-1/2. while the apartments and property are beautiful. i have issues with the property manager kathy. she is very rude, very uncaring and especially short with the women in this complex. i have never ever been treated with such disrespect. my husband and i are to the point we are seriously thinking of breaking our lease and moving. its very sad to have to move because of personal treatment from management. i would think twice before moving in here if you are… expecting to be respected here.

Courtyards Village West

We searched the area for 3 months before deciding on Courtyards Village West and we couldn't be happier. There is a nicely maintained pool open during the summer, a small gym open 24/7/365, and a clubhouse that can be rented out for special events. The 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units are the perfect size for my wife, our cat, and myself. We enjoy the good sized bedroom and deep closets. We are a very active couple and there is plenty of space for all of our equipment to be stored out of sight.

I… highly recommend this apartment for anybody looking for something that looks nice in the area without breaking the bank.
