Excellent, affordable, and charming Edgewater apartments
The Arbor Winthrop North is a pretty great apartment complex for someone looking for an affordable place in a nice location. The management company is super responsive, and they've kept up the units really well. There's a ton of space, and I'm looking forward to painting (I've always thought that being able to paint is a huge plus). The building is super close to the Red Line, Lake Michigan, and a new Whole Foods! So far, no complaints and I'm looking forward to staying here for a while.
