We are loving the Parker so far! You can’t beat the location, friendly staff, or amenities. I love waking up and going to the community room to get my free latte. We have only lived here a week and have had a bbq restaurant cater, donuts and a happy hour. Definitely recommend!

Overall very happy, building is nice, people and staff are very friendly. Only reason I left off a star is because of delayed move and hiccups along the way. The AC was not working for 4 days during a heat wave. I was told 3 days straight that hopefully someone would be there tomorrow to fix it. They installed a temp ac, that broke too and was not fixed immediately either. I was also told an appointment to set up wifi was made for me and that I would be notified when they were coming. No one... came so I had to schedule one myself and their earliest time to show up is 9 days after my move in. I would’ve appreciated a little more communication regarding how to get the wifi upon move in. My ice maker was not working as well. None of my keys worked at first either. That being said all of the staff and maintenance have been wonderful and I’m very happy to be living here, I was just disappointed in the not so smooth move in.
