I feel very safe and comfortable in The Victorian Apartments. The community of neighbors are friendly and all the major attractions and businesses are right in downtown Hyde Park .

Overall, a good apartment for its rent. Building is a little old but the apartment is renovated and nice. Maintenance is fast with fixing issues during the week.

It´s a very good place to live, is quiet and convenience to my job place. The services are good, only the laundry room has some problems but I hope get fixed soon, but everything else is working and doing great.
