Residences of Crystal Lake

It is NOT the best place to live. The amenities they advertise are not available to us and I've been here a year and they are still unavailable. No one cleans the common areas, hallways, lobby or laundry room. They are raising the rent despise the fact that advertised amenities continue to be unavailable and even maintenance issues are only addressed if its considered an emergency. They blame this on covid also. Suppose to be energy efficient though sone apartments have utility bills that are... almost $200 in one month! No central heat or air, instead there's a large unit in each room, like at a hotel so hard to regulate temps. Suppose to be a "no smoking allowed" but people continue to smoke and we're told they have no control over that and therefore do nothing. No one is ever in the office so if you have issues you just have to send an email and wait for someone to get back to you the next day or whenever. With all the snow we've had, the parking spaces have only been cleaned once this winter making it very unsafe. The place has only been open a year and people are already moving out because of all this. I give it another year or two and the windows will be boarded up, slum building.
