    Ashbury Court

    Everything within sight is clean, although, under the stove was not cleaned. After using a black-light on the carpet, a large section of mystery splatter was found. The unit I was shown had 2 wall a/c units and upon my move in, I was informed that is not always the case. "I could purchase one at my expense." One thing that is very off putting is the smell of sewage backup after rainfall.

    I have been here for sometime now and have yet to meet any neighbors. All I know is that the people to    … my side like to blast mariachi and the people above my unit have children that run like they have cinder blocks tied to their feet.

    All in all, the apartment is acceptable, but if I'd had more time to find a place I'd probably lease elsewhere. The area seems safe, with close proximity to parks and shopping.
