Great experience

Went into the office a lady name Ann show me and my husband a townhouse very nice lady any questions we had to ask she had a answer the process was easy and fast with the office staff I’m glad we choose Mason properties.

Great family area

The townhomes we live in are great for a family or ones who are wanting to start a family or college kids. NIU is down the street but its no bother to anyone. There are a ton of eating places in walking distance and a CVS right next door. We live right next to a bus stop or if you need more transportation theres a service called transvac. The schools are amazing along with the folks of dekalb. Theres a patio with room for a grill and table.

Colonial East TownHomes

These TownHomes are owned by Mason Properties. They are 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths. 2 bedrooms are a good size about 10' * 13' with a 2 bifold door closet and the other bedroom is really small about 9' * 9' with a small closet 1 bifold door and a smaller floor in closet in that room.
Main Bathroom have a bench in them with built in closets and there is a closet in the hallway. 13 steps to go to the downstairs floor where you have a decent living room/ dining room combined. Comes with washer,… dryer, fridge, and dishwasher.
Really great properties for a apartment and close to many eating place and within walking distance from NIU campus. Also has a back patio area. Water, Garbage and Snow removal billed every 3 months. The office staff is always nice. Pets are allowed with a fee. First, Last and security deposit are required on signing of the lease.
