Quiet Location

I’ve had a great experience living here. it’s clean, safe, and super convenient for classes. They are friendly and quick to respond to problems, which makes a big difference during the semester. Plus, the community is quiet,making it easy to focus on school.

First Apartment

This is my first apartment while going to NIU. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. My roommate and I like the good space it has and nice size bedrooms. It is close to campus which is nice as well.

Great service

This property is great because the staff are so nice and helpful. I’ve never had a problem that didn’t do their best to help me. I wish the apartments were a little more updated, but the maintenance has been great to fix anything that I have requested.

Transparent

Really enjoyed living here. I like that they don't nickle and dime you here. I only paid once for a parking pass, guest passes were free and the the things we did get charged for made sense and Jessica explained them clearly upfront. There were no surprises, which I really appreciated as a student trying to budget everything I needed to pay for. Would recommend to any 1st time renter.

I like living here but wish it was closer to things. It's not far to drive to eat or shop, but I'd like to walk.
