Really Nice Homes

Moved in recently and I'm really glad I did. The place is in good condition and conveniently located, the staff are professional and my neighbors all seem like good people.

Clean and Chill

The community is kept up with and the apartments are clean. Like the title says, it’s certainly a quieter community than you’d expect in a college town. People are friendly here and they’ve got decent features.

Happy Here

We’re really happy here and have lived here for a few years now. The owners/office seem to care about the apartments and the people that live here. We definitely recommend it here.

Excellent apartment

This apartment is very nice. It was clean when we moved in and the property is nice. I love the location! We are close to some food joints and I can walk to campus. The pool is so pretty this time of year! I love it here!

Location, Space, and People are GREAT.
