Great Experience The maintenance man was extremely kind, informative, and generally warm in his demeanor. Not only was the issue resolved, but he taught me about how the HVAC worked. So I have a much better understanding of how my unit works, which is very helpful long term.

Great people, poor system Administrative people are great, but the system for communicating is poor. The app is the only official means of communication, and there is no evidence of reaching out with issues other than creating a service request. Communications through the app dont seem to be monitored unless it is a service request. Emails and bulletin posts go into the void.
