Responsive as always We had an issue with a leaking hot water heater. It's quite rusted and it's no surprise that this issue arose. The response was prompt and the leak was temporarily addressed --- with a plan to replace the hot water heater in 3 days. As always, Ashford is prompt with their response and the online system is easy to use.

In my opinion they should have scraped the areas that needed fixing. Once this was done, it shouuld have been smoothed and then repainted. I have the way this is done properly. The area redone would blend in and you would not be able to tell the difference. If anyone had bothered to notice they would have seen that the cabinet on the wall in the kitchen to the right as you walk into the kitchen is not flrsh to the wall because it was not pit up correctly. That's my observation. I was told this... was a structural problem, and that in about 4 to 5 months this will happen again. I truly hope not. There were other things that I noticed oncw I had been in the apartment for a while. For instance, I feel that they should have washed my sliding glass doors and cleaned the bottom of those doors. Like I said, these were just some of my observations. There is one other thing, when I was there just the other day, I killed a couple of spiders in my bathroom. Thank you
