How Is This Rating Determined?

Units suck

They raise the rent every year with no evidence of building/unit improvement and claim its ground maintenance. The parking is NOT assigned and the parking lot is horrible and needs to be re-done.
Washer/dryers are horrible-- takes 2 cycles to dry any amount of clothes.
Management gives last minute notices of building repair and says "its an emergency." So be prepared to have no water and for the main fire alarm to go off at random due to bad electrical wiring. Current tenants do not evacuate and... say that it's normal

Quiet building, across the street from Metra

Friendly neighbors, attentive managers and maintenance workers, resident and visitor parking lot, and back yard for grilling make this place a perfect option for a single person or couple who commute to Chicago, no need to drive to Metra since it's just across the street!
