2) management keeps changing
3) construction does not follow laws, and throws asbestos dust into the air

Last summer the AC was turned off to make repairs that could have been done during the winter. Management never gave anyone a heads-up for these non-urgent repairs, and the AC was down for weeks. The building was over 90 degrees inside. No one apologized or acknowledged the safety issue.

The management shut down the AC in the entire building for many weeks during the hottest part of the summer. Elderly occupants were suffering health issues. No one was given any warning. There have also been times that the elevators both broke down at the same time, and people with walkers were unable to get up to their units. I've been concerned for the tenants here and have decided to leave.

Updating of common areas is in progress, a bit slow but getting done. Can't wait for the elevator upgrades to be completed, with both elevators running normally there's hardly any wait. I am hopeful the new management company will bring building back up to par with surrounding area. It's a great location.

Worst nightmare ever!!!! There is only one elevator in the building, the second one is not working. The elevator that works has a limit of 6 people, sometimes it is necessary to wait for a elevator 10, 15 minutes and sometimes the elevator will not arrive!!! The apartments are very hot the temperature inside is about 88 F or more!!! There is no air flow in the hallways... maintenance workers just shut off a few days ago... no one knows why. People go down the stairs from the 18th floor and come... back. We are waiting for someone to die of heart or stroke. It's crazy! Read More
