Poor Management and Bed Bugs
We found bed bugs and moved out immediately.
Management refused to end lease due to the circumstances and gave nasty attitude.

New management is not tenant friendly
This property is a 3 1/2 star building that was built around 1960. Because of property taxes this building has raised its rent considerable. The is a lot of doubling up of tenants that probably exceeds the amount of people that can live in a specific square foot area. With new management, the tenants lost a great building manager that was very skilled and had been at this location for almost 20 years, including when I moved in 16 years ago. Even small dogs are not allowed. It is not known if... cats are allowed. Because a lot of the building is built with dry walls it is quiet easy to hear the people in the apartment next to you. The main thing this building has going for it is the great location that is very close to the bus and train stations, and a Jewel located 2 blocks away.
