Kim was born in the northwest suburbs and moved back to Arlington Heights in 2018 where she currently resides with her husband and two sons and daughter. After living in the Chicago and Evanston area for 13 years, she made the move to the burbs. This Meadows Mustang is back in the area and knows the northwest suburbs. Kim has been in the real estate industry for over 26 years w over 100 Million in sales! She did marketing for 5 years and was a licensed assistant & office manager for 5 years at Sudler. Kim recently started working as a coordinator for estate sales and property transition services for those downsizing or losing a loved one. Kim's expertise also comes from her family; her mother, Linda Broznowski has been selling real estate in Chicago for the past 50 years in Chicago and SW Florida. Kim graduated from Indiana University with a degree in event planning and a business minor. While at IU she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority, Redsteppers dance team and IUSF. She enjoys being involved in the PTA, chamber & playing pickleball. When she is not working, she is either at a hockey rink, golf course, or cheering for her kids at softball / baseball fields.
