It is alright! I enjoy my neighbors. They are extremely understanding, friendly, and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better neighbors for sure.
Some fixing up could be had, but it’s alright.

Mold under sink completely ignored by maintenance and leasing.
It has been two weeks since I've been submitting requests and calling to get rid of molded and mildew wood under my sink cabinet due to the faucet leaking through a hole at the top. No one is answering calls or resolving my requests. It's ridiculous to be ignored like this. The mold and mildew is visible and I can smell it when I walk through the door. I have not been given any explanation for being blatantly ignored.

It was an awesome experience very painless easy to sign my lease online, The staff was very helpful, Work orders were completed in a very timely manner, Garbage area stays clean along with the grounds areas.
