Great Place to Live

I have been living for awhile and I love it. It has great management and great owners. They take care of all the tenants and I would recommend this place to anyone

Nice apt but management is not worth the stay!

Overall nice apartment but management falls VERY VERY SHORT!!! I wouldn't recommend this apartment if your not a handy man! As managent does not fix ANY issues but tells you what you should do to fix the issues yourself! And then refuses to do any work!

property management will not deal with loud tenants ... But will tell you he is also so very frustrated with them! Warning: loud tenants are in a completely different building then you!

Outrageous washer and dryer fees!

You can not control... the heat in your apartment as your thermostat does not ACTUALLY WORK! You pretty much freeze in the winter and fry in the summer with no control at all!

Hot water is non existent in the kitchen and tricles out the sink so washing dishes is so very difficult because it takes 15/20 min to fill up the sink with hot water to clean them!

Overall I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone who is not handy or is wanting an active management system! I do not recommend this apartment if you think it will be a quiet retreat from your workday or if you are elderly!

Overall RENTERS BEWARE!
