Country View Apartments

I would have preferred to leave a positive review but unfortunately, I cannot do that with a clear conscience. It would be expected of any decent American to warn people of the perils of living in this environment. Initially, the rent was reasonable, the general office staff/landlord were business-friendly and cooperative at times. However, due to repeated unwanted breaches of my apartment on the erroneous belief of a water leak they never found in my apartment I can't recommend this apartment... to others. Even after six unsuccessful search attempts by their maintenance staff the staff still believed there was a leak (in the interior of my apartment). I can't recommend this apartment to others due to such strange behavior. It pervades with an unreasonable culture of disrespect for peoples' privacy and their maintenance staff is incompetent. There are 3 buildings, the layout is nice and open, other tenants are quiet and the town is a quiet place. Which I like. They have been well maintained and I plan on resigning my lease!
