Great location but that's it

Management - lack of communication, follow up
Plumbing - no water pressure in shower and kitchen sink, toilet backs up, so bad there was a leak that closed a restaurant below. Foul odors.
Not a smoke free community
Upgraded units are low quality
Noise issues are not resolved
Packages are left out in lobby, no storage, things are taken
List goes on and on

Avoid this place, it's deception because it has a great location and looks nice from the outside.

Perfect Location and Spotless!

Stayed here during the holidays and it was the absolute perfect location. The unit was spotless and Skyler and Andrew were so helpful and polite. I need to directions everywhere and they always assisted without complete. I was also able to use the newly renovated gym and thought that was a huge bonus, as hotel gyms are always subpar. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!

ALOFT - Noisy Apartments at The Glen

Loud noise is the norm for these units. Hallways are loud. 2nd floor apartments, you can hear every step from the 3rd floor apartments. If you are facing Patriot, good luck with all of the cars honking for parking spots and if you are in the back, you get the commercial units, slamming doors and trash bins.

Then watch out for your monthly bills, they add unknown charges.
