Brittany Square

My girlfriend and I lived here in a corner unit from July 2023 through September 2024, and we loved it! We would have stayed here for a couple more years if work didn't take us elsewhere.

We had a corner unit and had no complaints about noise from surrounding units, and when bedtime rolled around the whole building really settled down. Our apartment had a wonderful view of the dog park in the courtyard from our living room window which our cat really enjoyed! If you have a dog, it's less than a… minute walk to the dog park, and the owners of the dogs are all friendly and polite.

The kitchen had updated appliances and countertops, which was a selling point for us. We did have an issue with storage in the kitchen area (because we have a lot of cooking implements), but a wire shelving unit from Menard's solved that problem for less than $70.

In our experience management wasn't too hard to reach, but we seldom had any problems! They notify you in advance of any work affecting utilities, have a 24-hour emergency hotline, and (from my understanding) have a handyman who lives on-site. Beyond that they cover most utilities, offer a swimming pool open during the summer, a patio with two gas grills and a fire pit, and have some beautiful gardens in the corners of the property. Each lap of the parking lot/driveway is 1/3 of a mile, so enjoying a pleasant walk after dinner from spring to fall was a past-time of ours.

I would say that if you're looking for an apartment, Brittany Square is well worth the price! Read More
