I have lived at Orchard Hills Apartments for 5.5 years. The management truly cares about the cleanliness of the property as well as upkeep and maintenance. I have been very happy living here all these years and recommend the complex.

As simple as they have a roach problem and dont want to actually do something to get rid of them, I’ve been living here for more than a year and the maintenance is horrible they are very cheap and dont want to fix things when you ask them until like the 20th time
