Not Worth The Price
When doing the tour, I was told the pool and gym would be open before the end of the summer. Its now September and we're told that "unforeseen circumstances" have occurred and they're waiting for inspections to be complete for the gym, and no word on the pool. And its an outdoor pool so once its cold, that's done. The basketball court that's listed is old, cracked up asphalt with barely visible lines. There is no tennis court, not sure why that's up there. The storage space looks like its out of... a horror movie, I would not go in there at night. The laundry is a nightmare. Many residents have been going to the laundromat because the machines are often not working, especially the dryers. And you're paying out of pocket for them. And if there is an issue, we are instructed to contact the company who supplied the machines, not the building managers.
Pros: Its quiet, the apartment is a decent size for one person
