DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

peoples cars are constantly being broken into, constant sewer problems, the first floor gets flooded often and management does the bare minimum to resolve any issues.

Thank you for reaching out. In response to your statement regarding your vehicle being broken into, the police department has advised that this is a seasonal issue occurring throughout the area and is not isolated to our property. Similar... incidents have been reported at other nearby properties as well.

Please be advised that management is not responsible for the protection of vehicles parked in the lot, as it is a public parking area. Posted signage throughout the lot informs all individuals who park there of this policy. We strongly encourage all residents to refrain from leaving valuables or personal belongings inside their vehicles.

Regarding first-floor flooding, this typically occurs when improper items—such as paper towels—are flushed instead of toilet tissue designed to break down properly. We ask all residents to be mindful of what is disposed of in toilets to help prevent plumbing issues.

Awesome Maintenance Team!!

These apartments have a great maintenance team. Whenever there's any problem that I may need to be looked at or fixed the maintenance team doesn't hesitate coming out to get the job done. I had a pluming issue that was driving me crazy Andy, one of the maintenance man came out and spent time and dedication to look at the issue and got the issue solved!! I thank God for him because it wasn't a easy task! My old apartment complex would have never done that or would have left the job half finished....

AVOID PARK TOWERS

Place has gone down! lived here 6 years and it used to be a wonderful place to live but now place is infested with mice, management very rude and very hard to get in touch with. no one responds to maintenance calls and theost goes on and they have the nerve to charge the rent they do. highly unrecommended

Avoid this property!

Park Towers is a HORRIBLE apartment complex. There are extended periods where the tenants have no hot water. Maintenance requests are ignored. The hallways smell disgusting. The buildings are not clean. The leasing office staff is rude and incompetent. Making a simple request to notify tenants when the water is shut off or when there are issues with the hot water are ignored. As of June 6, 2021 there’s a current mice problem.

Renters Beware!!!

There are too many issues to describe but the main issue is there are mice!!! I have been a resident for years and have watched the service and upkeep decline since a change in management
