I used to truly enjoy living here and appreciated what was advertised as “luxury living” with all the amenities it offered. Unfortunately, that no longer feels like the case.
The garage parking door is frequently broken, which has become a recurring inconvenience. There have also been multiple instances of unfamiliar and suspicious vehicles driving through and parking on the second-floor garage and parking where they are not supposed to.
Additionally, the elevators have been out of service on... several occasions, often at the worst possible times. Due to my condition, I’m unable to carry heavy items, yet I’ve had to carry groceries from the parking garage all the way up to the fifth floor, which is extremely hard for me and frustrating.
Another major concern is that we no longer have on-site security, which only adds to the growing sense that the building is not being properly managed or maintained at the level expected of a “luxury” residence.
Residents pay a significant amount to live here, and these ongoing issues do not reflect the standard we are being charged for. Management should be more proactive in enforcing community policies and rules. This includes issuing warnings and penalties to residents who fail to comply—such as those who do not clean up after their pets, leaving waste throughout common areas.
There are also repeated issues with residents smoking inside the building despite it being prohibited. The smell of marijuana in the stairwells and elevators is persistent and unacceptable, especially in shared spaces.
Overall, the quality, reliability, cleanliness, and sense of safety that once justified the cost of living here have significantly declined. I urge management to take these concerns seriously and take immediate steps to restore the standards that were originally promised.
