My apartment is great! It has high ceilings and a walk-in closet. It's also pet friendly! The bathroom is small, but it's big enough for me since I live on my own. I love having a balcony! The complex is quiet and clean. My neighbors are friendly! Thus far, I have lived in my apartment for 2 years. During that time, I had issues with the hot water heater, the refrigerator and dishwasher. When I notified my landlord of these issues, he was quick to reply. He bought a new hot water heater, a new... fridge, and a new dishwasher. He even took money off my rent because of these problems! Having a landlord that listens and takes care of broken things in the apartment is important. Without a good landlord, you may have to wait weeks to get things fixed.
