Landlord is horrible
Gino is a scammer. He will keep your security deposit. He called me demanding I move for allegations he could not prove. To avoid further conflicts, I paid rent that was due 3 days after he broke the lease. I left the place spotless cleaner than given to me. I moved out 11 days later. He would not refund any of my June’s rent. Locked me out of my empty apartment I paid for and has yet to return my 1000 security deposit. He never gave me a copy of the lease when I asked for it. He’s a scammer.... The building is clean and tenants are great. Tenants have warned me about his temper and verbal abuse. I didn’t believe them until he did it to me. Gino is the sole contact for Award Manor, LLC.
