Refusal to replace normal wear and tear items, simple lack of knowledgeable matinence crew(incompetent.) General lack of care and ignorantly claim unawarness of anything they're potentially liable for

The apartment is fairly large, with plenty of storage and a big private balcony. Garages are available for an extra cost, but they are usually fully occupied. The property is clean and well maintained.

I... strive for my staff to provide excellent customer service to every person, whether they be a current resident, prospect, vendor, or anyone with inquires. This performance level that was provided to you by my staff is unacceptable. I, as the manager, apologize for the way this staff member made you feel and for the way they represented our company.
