Good first apartment

This apartment complex is very good for the price.

Pros: Cheap rent, relatively nice interior, and relatively soundproof

Cons: Neighbors are mostly trash, neighborhood is quite trashy, Parking is not good nor is it enforced, laundry room is provided but it is more expensive than local laundry locations and the appliances barely ever work.

Live here if you are a short-term first time buyer, or are on a budget with a small family.

Don’t live here

Don’t live here. The house is fine. The neighborhood is trash and every night there are the nastiest children fighting and the police and landlords don’t do anything.
