Safe, Clean, Friendly and Spacious Apartments
Management+mainteannce are always on site and ready to help. Maintenance requests done quickly and correctly. Friendly, nice. Glad to live here.

Nice Affordable Place to Live
I have lived here since May 2019 and have been very happy. The remodeled units are modern and affordable. I like the area because it is 10 minutes from downtown Vernon Hills and 10 minutes to downtown Libertyville so there are a lot of malls and entertainment in the area. The property manager Mark is very nice and attentive.

A really nice place to live in.
The renewed apartments are really pretty, some of them have a really nice view.
And the new manager is really nice. He has done everything we have asked for at our earliest convenience.
