A Pleasant Building
The apartment building is a brief walk from Uptown Normal, has a bus stop just off of the parking lot, and is also nearby an outlet mall. With a grocery store just minutes away on foot, and plenty of food choices, it's a good central hub in the town.
The building itself is kept in good condition, and other residents are friendly. The owners, Young America, do a good job in making sure that maintenance requests are handled as quickly as possible. The only downside is that the only air... conditioning in the apartments are window or wall units, and are only found in the living rooms of the apartments; however there are separate heating dials for individual bedrooms so two people can set their desired temperatures without disturbing the preferences of the other.
