I’ve had a great experience with The Social! The bedroom and common area within the unit are very spacious and nice. In my experience the maintenance team has responded very promptly to any maintenance requests I have submitted. I’m overall very happy at The Social at Illinois State!

Love it ! Other than a few fixes needed on walls from old residents . It’s all good! Lovely space I do recommend signing only when you have all your roommates because they will randomly match you

I love this neighborhood and the apartment complex! My neighbors have gotten to know one another and there is a sense of community that the back porch brings to us all. My only issue is the lack of amenities, it ends with the 4 parking spaces granted to each person living in the house. Other than that, maintenance is timely but sometimes not always useful but they do great work. I appreciate the goodie bags that are delivered on occasion.
