I've been leasing here for a while and would describe the experience as fairly average overall. There are some things that work well and others that could use improvement. The property itself generally meets expectations, but day-to-day experiences can vary depending on the situation. The place is nice and I like how there's 4 parking spaces as opposed to 2. I wish there were more things for us like gym in apartment. I also like the fact that it's close to school and walkable.

I really like it here at the social. I had a roommate issue for a while that they weren’t helpful with. But everything worked itself out. Besides that everything else is quality.

I had a good experience living here overall. The community felt comfortable and welcoming, and it was easy to settle in pretty quickly. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable time and the staff were polite whenever I had questions or needed help. The common areas were generally clean and it was nice having shared spaces to relax or study. I also appreciated that the environment was usually quiet, which made it easier to focus on school and sleep without many disruptions.
