So far so good. Everything working out well, love the atmosphere. Move in day was a bit chaotic waiting in the long line but other than that has been pretty smooth

My experience living at The Social on Hively has been really positive overall. The community is friendly, and the staff are responsive whenever I need help with maintenance or questions about my lease. I also really enjoy the amenities especially the gym and study spaces, which make it easy to balance school and social life. It feels like a good mix of comfort and convenience

Great place very close to campus. Very nice apartments. Only cons is the free parking, most of the people who park at the bottom level of the parking garage have not moved their cars in 2 months. If you have to drive a lot you will probably be parking at the 5th floor often, I recommend getting the designated parking spot. Can be a bit expensive to live here.

The social at hovey has been nothing but amazing! The only thing that I can complain about is the unit we are in does not look like the show room. We were told it would be.
