Wonderful place to hang with friends and live, great response time from management. Parking on the other hand is horrible, selling to an alternate parking company for money is a scam

I love living here! The property is awesome. It has a great gym, business center, free parking, and study rooms. I live on the 4x4 reno. It is so much nicer than the 4x4 standard

My utilities bill increased to more than four times what it was two months ago.
My roommates and I spoke to a staff member stating our roommate violated the lease. There was nothing that could be done. It is stated on the Move-In Agreement form that if there were any violations, the tenant would be fined. It also stated with repeated or serious violations, the tenant may be evicted and terminated of the lease agreement.
Overall, my experience here has made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I am... glad I did not renew my lease.
