The staff has not done a great job resolving the ongoing issues of my roommate violating the leasing policies a multitude of times. They gave a notice in November, but once the lease violation began occurring a few months later they have done nothing to address the situation. They have put me in my roommate in a position that compromises our safety and makes it uncomfortable at times to live here. The staff needs to do a better job at rectifying lease violations. I’ve done my part in reporting… it.

I love living here. So close to everything and the staff and neighbors are really nice. I also feel very safe. I'd recommend this to others that are just moving out of the dorms.

I loved living at the Social! The staff was always friendly and there to help with any problems! The amenities and parking being indoors were one of my favorite parts about being here, and the fact that it was so close to campus and anything that I really needed to get to.

maintence comes fast fixes things quickly and leaves right after. also the mail room is great my packages never get stolen and also the fact i can just text the leasing office inward of having to constant call and or do inside.

Just not a fan of how some of the other residents leave stuff in the hallways, but otherwise, good apartment with the amenities and repairs being fast when needed in the apartment
