My resident experience has been great because I have always heard that getting things small things fixed is a nightmare for some apartment complexes but this is not the case for the social on hovey and their maintenance crew leader Joe is super friendly and gives advice how to not make whatever my roommates and I broke happen again!

Just as I expected! A great apartment. Move in was quick and easy. Amenities are amazing. We have had to contact maintenance once and they came so fast and resolved it instantly! Wayyy better then other properties Ive lived in in the Normal area.

I love it here. It was a rough start but after the whole three hour check in it’s been good! I like how close it is to campus, makes for a quick walk.

the building/apartment sadly didn’t live up to expectations from the tour. online the amenities are said to be steel but ours are not even though we’re in a “renovated” apartment. appliances feel cheap
