Rude neighbors
The rental agency is okay, but the other tenants are horrible. Either the walls are super thin or the neighbors have an affinity for loud music, broken bottles in the parking lot, smashed pumpkins around Halloween, and trash on the sidewalk.
There is a washing machine on site, it's pretty shady though, and I'd recommend going to the laundry mat.
