DO NOT RENT HERE EVER. They have bed bugs, roaches, horrible emergency maintenance and they will never call you or email you back to fix issues that you have. Even if it was 100 dollars a month I would go somewhere else.

I have lived here since May 1, 2024. I have not have any issues. When I have a maintenance issue it is resoved in a timely manner.

Don’t let the photos fool you it’s pretty dirty there. Cockroaches all through the stairs and elevator. The carpet is filthy throughout the hallways. The first year I moved in they had a mice infestation. It lasted about four months. It was disgusting.
They keep raising the rent but haven’t updated anything. All of the apartments are two floors which is nice but it’s way too overpriced for what you get. I can’t wait to move.

Please do not be fooled by the images you see online. This place is a filthy and dangerous dump.

To start, the common areas are FILTHY. The walls need to be scrubbed and painted, the floors need a deep clean (or be completely replaced), and the stairwells constantly have trash laying around in them. There are also huge cockroaches laying in the hallways and stairs.

The laundry facilities (which also contain the storage lockers for tenants) have a nasty, musty smell and there is mold festering... on the floors and walls.

To top it all off, there is a huge problem with gas leaks. The gas company has been called several times over the last few weeks to fix major gas leaks that cause the entire building (stairs, hallways, and apartment units) to fill up with gas. This is not only a huge risk for fire and explosion, but it's also a major health hazard for the tenants and their pets.

The tenants should not be forced to pay this much per month and live in these unacceptable conditions. It's disgusting and dangerous. Please avoid this place like the plague if you can help it. Read More

There apartments are over priced I went to see a complex 8/2022 cockroaches in the bathroom tub hallways stink elevator dirty exit sign falling off hallway walls carpet was nasty laundry room dirty washer machine over priced with raggedy stinky storage rooms complex was to small for the price and you have to pay all utilities not included in rent. The units are not available that they post they will take your money and say there not available than repost the unit again for a different price be... aware. They just want your money. Go invest in a place that's worth it this is not the place to be that's why your loosing tenant's with them big roaches you have at oaklawn blue apartments.
