Kenilworth Towers

This building is outdated, it has had times where there has been a bug and rodent problem. The elevator frequently goes out and you have to walk up lots of stairs. No one ever stays here long. It’s a huge revolving door. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We moved in about two months ago. Although the previous tenants left the unit a mess, building management has been incredibly helpful with preparing the unit and repairs. We're very happy so far, and the location is perfect!

This is our fourth year at the building. It has been a wonderful experience. We greatly appreciate Pabcor's decision to revert to the old school of having on site personnel. It gives us a sense of being taken care of. Each time that we have placed a work order or have had an issue, it has been addressed promptly. Moreover the management and staff continuously strive for beautifying and upgrading the property.

I really enjoy leaving here. I've been a tenant here for mare than 8 years. My service tickets are responded to quickly and the building is kept clean. The neighborhood is nice and safe. This is a great place to live.

Prompt maintenance, clean common areas, and updated apartments are hard to find in Oak Park, especially at a reasonable price. Kenilworth Towers has all of these features, while being in a great location. The building managers as well as the residents have been very friendly. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking to live in Oak Park.
