Ongoing Construction, Poor Communication

While these units are spacious and the location is lovely, there is ongoing construction that property managers estimate will likely extend well into next year. The noise begins as early as 6:30 a.m. and makes working from home nearly impossible throughout the day. The fitness center was estimated to be complete by our move in (July 2022), but now we're told it may not even be completed until next year.

Also, the plumbing/hot water has had repeated issues since move in. We've had 3 different... maintenance workers schedule a visit to fix one issue, and all canceled or simply not show up.

Management only responds to emails after 2-3 follow up emails (if then). These units and this experience do not align with the cost to live here.
