The apartment itself is quite nice. Nice master closet in the master bedroom. However, the area isn't the safest. Within a few months of living here my car got spray painted and was an awful experience. In addition, the laundry units don't usually work and they do not allow for hook ups within the apartment. The inside will never be updated as long as you live there but you are allowed to paint. But like I said the neighborhood isn't he safest.

Windhaven Apartments are pretty decent apartments, I have lived there for about 9 years with my parents before we moved away for a year, but now I moved out on my own and guess where I found my new home..that's right Windhaven. I've never had complaints about where I live, since I got so used to it, there's restaurants all around for those lazy days, there's multiple parks for walks near by, and stores for groceries and home decor within walking distance. The apartments themselves are well kept,... grass cut, stairs steamed, clean pool, great maintenance personnel. Very quiet area during the week and more lively during the weekends.
