Riverwest Apartments

My husband and I have lived in this apt for 5 years. We've had no neighbor issues, our landlord is very nice and is super quick to get things fixed and gets them fixed right the first time. The apartments are very spacious, the units are all 2bed/2bath.

Only the bedrooms have carpet. The rest is real hardwood-not laminate. Granite counters in the kitchen and bath, wood cabinets. The top two floors have fireplaces. The master bath has a jetted soaking tub and the walk-in closets are large... enough to be a small office. The apartments are all styled a little differently, the colors and even the tile designs vary. All earth toned throughout. Warm and inviting. You feel at home.

Each unit has its own W/D IN unit! Central air as well.

There are private balconies on the front facing apartments, and railings so you can still open up to let air in in the back. Covered garage, a very large rooftop deck with a grill and the balconies and rooftop offer a great view of The Forest Preserve and we are right across from the Des Plains river!
