Kept my deposit.

I was never late with my rent for over 3 years even during COVID but when the time came for me to move out, they gave excuses not to give me my deposit back so they kept my deposit. So unprofessional.

PickWick

My apartment is privately owned, by a sweet Old Man, Mr. Michael Oh. There are 6 units total, two on each floor. I love this unit because of the people who lives here; it's very quiet and the location is convenient, with grocery stores and Walgreens in front of the unit. I've lived here for three and a half years, but in the complex for 8 total. Mr. Oh makes paying rent a pleasant experience and he's always available and ready to assist. There's a separate mailbox in the hallway, and you... just place your rent in the box. I highly recommend this complex.
