4800 Carol Apartments

This apartment bldg. keeps on accepting applications even though they have already appoved someone. They will send you an email that they have no availability on a certain location but their website says otherwise. Beware because application fee is non refundable and when you question them they get rude.

If you decide to move in here than DON'T... The rent is not worthy at all.. The mgmt is very unprofessional and rude.. The janitor is very lazy.. If you need something fixed be prepared to wait weeks and even months.. Rent increases every year when resigning the lease... I love the location and neighborhood but most defiantly not the apartment.. Oh the floors are thin although theres carpret.. So if someone is running under you and over you then be prepared to hear it.. Hopefully upon moving I… can experience something way better than this!!! Also I noticed that the cleaning of the building has gone downhill.. No one vaccums the carpret in the halls and also they barely mop... They cut the grass but I am not to concerned about that.. Its embarrassing having vistors come over and the halls and the carpret is dirty and smelly... I was in the mgmt office one day and I overheard the Property Mgr tell her janitor to fix the mailbox for the tenant only because she keeps whinig about it.. 1st off that should have been fixed right away.. My key broke in my mailbox lock and she told me I have to wait to get it fixed because thats the Post Office problem... Come to find out they had to fix it for me not the post office.. I can go on and on but when searching for somewhere to move most defiantly dont move here!!! Last but not lease.. There is a very bad loud smell that comes from the sink and the washrooms from the vents... When I go into the basement I smell it there as well.. They have a sewer problem that needs to be fixed fast!!! Read More

I did not have a great experience with the Sierra Realty Management people. Do not fall for their building property pictures. They are highly unreliable, very unprofessional. They don't deliver as promised!! People please be aware!!
