The elevators look like they need a little more attention. Add garbage cans in the parking yard. I still enjoy living here love having the restaurant downstairs.

So far so good! I wish the gym had more equipment such as a squat rack and a cable machine. I think for the amount of space, it could be utilized better with more equipment.

Some of the parking numbers are hard to read

Everyone in the building is very helpful and friendly. One of the best apartment living experiences I have had so far. Desirae and Sam in particular have answered every question I have had leading up to the move in date.

Highpoint @ 8000 North has it all. The experience is a 5 star feel right from the elegant lobby area up to the Sky Deck on the top level.

A well equipped gym where you can enjoy amazing views of the lovely Chicago skyline while you get into your fittest self.

Highpoint also houses some elegant meeting/conference rooms at the top level, where you can take some of your important work calls if you needed to.

On a personal note, I can also walk down to our church which is located at the end of... the road.

This works great for my wife and I.

All in all, a great place to live !!

The community is great. Move in was rough. A staff member was rude to my dad and I. She was unprepared and unprofessional about her own unpreparedness. The rest of the staff is great, though! The maintenance guy drove an hour in the middle of the night to let me into my apartment and was super nice about it. Amenities are nice and clean. Area is safe.
