Any review placed here discussed how amazing the management company is was told to do so by management or is a friend. In the four years I’ve lived here I have yet to hear ANY resident from the young to old that says anything positive about management.

It’s nice to live here, it’s clean, and quiet. But if you ever need maintenance, even in emergency cases, you will never receive a status update from the team. They will never acknowledge emails so that you even know a request was submitted.… You’ll call a week later to check the status to be told it was checked out on the exterior of the complex a few days ago, with no follow-up so then you have to let the know that the issue was never resolved or changed in anyway so that’s why you are calling to check the status to even see when someone would show up.


There’s been improvements since the disaster when they first moved in, including our AC breaking during a heat wave with our then 2 month old in the 90+ degree house. No updates, we would follow-up at least 48 hours later to try and give them space but we had to leave the house for a week until we called the PREVIOUS management company to come help us out of desperation.

Our windows also don’t open which we’ve mentioned to management over 5 times the first couple years we’ve lived here and gave up. We basically only message the for emergencies but even so you’ll have to spend your time chasing them down for any sort of update. Even when we gave them low priority ones that they could handle at their leisure there’s no communication, but hey the door was fixed a year later at least. Again no communication, the guy just showed up a year later saying he’s there to fix the door lol

The maintenance guy is great, the old guy management dump was super sweet but this new guy is good. Management just hasn’t learned the basics of low level communication. It’s pretty awful and doesn’t build confidence whatsoever Read More
