Great place

Very happy with the way the manager of the building treats people, is very attentive and well informed the situation for which we were denied the request, hopefully we can live there ... thank you very much for everything

the worst

This place is totally unprofessional. I've never been through an application process like this before. I have never been denied a rental in my life until this place came along. It took them 2 weeks to process the application which I've never seen that amount of time for that before. During those 2 weeks. The lady handling my application needed some of my info twice or 3 times, for whatever her reasons were. There was absolutely no communication or follow ups. Finally I kind of vented to them... about this and the next day I was denied. Even after I offered 6 months of rent up front in the beginning(before handling my application) because I loved the rental so much. I think they are running some sort of scam. BEWARE WITH YOUR INFO WITH THEM!!!!!!!
