Love this property!

Tommy and Maryann (Property Management) are fantastic! The Engineers take time to fix things right and are very knowledgeable. No pool, no clubhouse, but I don't use those and certainly don't want to pay for them! The surrounding grounds are lovely and all of the tenants are very considerate of each other while taking pride in their homes - balconies with plants and nice outdoor furniture. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath - generally, those types of units only come with 1 wall mounted A/C unit - in... the living room - so you cook all evening in the bedroom. Not here - 1 unit in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Short of central air, this is fantastic! Any time I need anything the staff of the Town Square apartments are there for me. So very happy I found this complex - I just signed on for 2 more years.

Love the property

I am staying here for more than 6 years. The apartment manager Sandy doing a fantastic job in maintaining and managing the property. I am only there for her good gesture and behavior. She makes us feel like a home away home. Definitely recommend property if sandy is there to help.
